Orange Juice Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pack Yellow cake mix
• 3oz pack orange jello
• 2/3 Cup salad oil
• 2/3 Cup water
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/3 Cup orange juice
• 2/3 Cup sugar

(juice and sugar may be increased to taste)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350deg
2. Mix together cake mix, jello, oil, water, eggs, and vanilla to create batter
3. Pour batter into greased and floured angel cake pan
4. Bake for 1 hour
5. Remove from pan immediately after baking
6. Poke holes into the top of the cake
7. Mix together juice and sugar to create glaze
8. Pour glaze over cake
