Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Jiffy mix
  • 2/3 Cup milk
  • 3/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425deg.
  2. Mix Jiffy mix, milk, and cheese to create dough
  3. Ball up dough and place on greased cookie sheet
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy
  5. Melt butter and mix in garlic power and parsley to create glaze
  6. Brush glaze onto baked biscuits
